Okay! Be careful not to bang your knees. Straighten them just enough; flatten your back; exhale, pull; inhale, resist. Exhale, pull quick! Inhale, resist.
As a quick note about technique: Make sure you’re initiating from your back and following through with your elbows. Sometimes you’ll see someone initiating with their hands and then squeezing backward. What I would like you to do instead is to start from the back, and then follow through with the hands.

Avoid fish oil supplements
I don’t generally promote supplements. Most of them play to specific, isolated points of medical research to serve as a magic pill. One remarkable example of this is fish oil.
