Video #1: Introduction
Alright, listen up!
When your 10th grade English teacher told you that you could be anything you want if you just work hard enough and don’t give up, she did NOT mean for you to end up on someone’s YouTube fitness channel lookin’ a hot mess!
To help you avoid that I’m going to teach you how to avoid silly, highly ineffective theatrics. You have to be careful with machines. You have to adjust them, so that they fit you specifically. If you don’t, they can put you into positions or force you to work from angles that can actually increase your risk of injury. So keep checking in. Each video will focus on a different body part, using exercises on a machine.

Here I’d like to focus on caffeine and sleep’s effect on SAD. I’ll also offer suggestions for what to do to help you feel better on the dark days.
Avoid fish oil supplements
I don’t generally promote supplements. Most of them play to specific, isolated points of medical research to serve as a magic pill. One remarkable example of this is fish oil.
