Alright, right out the start: My hands are too high. I’m going to have to adjust the seat. I am going to lift the seat up, so that my hands will be lower compared to my chest. Now my hands are aligned across the lower part of my chest, so I don’t feel so much tension in my shoulders.
Push quick! Resist all the way back. Exhale, push quick. Resist back.
You can try these other grips. I find them to be utterly uncomfortable. The carriage can’t adjust, so I have to figure out how to play with the lower handles. You’ll have to figure out what works for you.
