Without darkness, there is no introspection or personal growth. Embracing and understanding our pain helps us to heal. Recovery is strength.
“Solstice” is a yoga dance rave party created by Jaimis Huff. It takes place in Charlotte, NC, and was recently hosted at Catawba Brewing Company. Various yoga practices each have their own specialized form. Solstice seeks to encourage us to examine and embrace our inner darkness. Without darkness, there is no introspection or personal growth. Embracing an understanding our pain helps us to heal. Recovery is strength.

Everyone starts somewhere. Your first session is a fresh start, not a finish line.
