Patience and the eight patterns that make Integre8t.
As a personal trainer, I help people create habits that inform a healthier lifestyle. In this particular program The Eight Patterns of Fitness are: Breath, Hydration, Nutrition, Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility, Focus, and Rest.
Although I’m not a power-lifter or big muscle man, I would like to point out that (as of right now, as we shoot this, it is March 11, 2017 at 5 pm Eastern Time) I’m 40 years old. Most people will guess more like 25 to 32. What I hope to do is help people help understand the choices I have made, and to help them understand how making similar choices can improve their lives as well.
With that in mind I want to encourage people to think about long term goals, instead of looking at gimmicks, fads or pills. And to understand that it is their dedication to a process that will lead them towards their sense of wellness.
So to sum it all up…
- I focus on The Eight Patterns of Fitness.
- Your dedication is far more effective than any fad.
- Have patience. Remember that this will take time.
- I’m here to encourage you. You don’t have to do this by yourself.
- You can change your habits and create a healthier lifestyle.
