My name is Jack Kirven, and I’m a mobile in home Wellness Coach with 18 years experience as a teacher, personal trainer, and writer. I’m a professionally trained dancer with a keen eye for efficient movement technique and proper anatomical alignment. In 2002 I completed my PhD in Choreography at UCLA. I also got certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM. I’m currently certified through ISSA.
For several years I taught dance as a high school teacher and college professor, and I trained celebrity clients in New York City. I’ve performed, choreographed, taught, and trained across the United States and Europe. Also, I’m a featured writer for Health & Wellness columns. As you can see in my pictures, after 22 years of healthy living, I’ve maintained all the vigor of my youth. In fact, I’m better at 42 than I was at 22.
