Patience and the eight patterns that make Integre8t.

As a personal trainer, I help people create habits that inform a healthier lifestyle. In this particular program The Eight Patterns of Fitness are: Breath, Hydration, Nutrition, Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility, Focus, and Rest.

Although I’m not a power-lifter or big muscle man, I would like to point out that (as of right now, as we shoot this, it is March 11, 2017 at 5 pm Eastern Time) I’m 40 years old. Most people will guess more like 25 to 32. What I hope to do is help people help understand the choices I have made, and to help them understand how making similar choices can improve their lives as well.

With that in mind I want to encourage people to think about long term goals, instead of looking at gimmicks, fads or pills. And to understand that it is their dedication to a process that will lead them towards their sense of wellness.

So to sum it all up…

  1. I focus on The Eight Patterns of Fitness.
  2. Your dedication is far more effective than any fad.
  3. Have patience. Remember that this will take time.
  4. I’m here to encourage you. You don’t have to do this by yourself.
  5. You can change your habits and create a healthier lifestyle.
