What to Expect: Training Process
Given that I have coached so many people, I developed an efficient process for getting started. Here is how it works when you begin your coaching journey with me:
- Questionnaire: This is free, and it allows me to learn about your history, goals, preferences, injuries, abilities, and everything else that helps me begin planning your program. I need this information before we can do anything else, because – above all – safety is paramount.
- Evaluation: During the Evaluation we meet in person for 60-90 minutes, so that I can see how you move, what your technique is like, and how you respond to light exercise. After that I can delve deeper into customizing your regimen. It costs $100; however, when you get a package, this cost is applied to your purchase. In this way you get a free Evaluation with your first transaction.
- Start Training & See Results: Once we know how many times per week we will train, I will have everything I need to make something that is just for you. Because I will track your progress, we can look at measurable results whenever you like. By going through this process, you can start today with no guesswork.
