To celebrate the launch of Flex5 by PetroFitness Bootcamp Academy next Monday, we are offering complimentary camp classes this Wednesday – Friday for those of you still on the fence. Bootcamp breakdown

Throughout the program we revisit patterns without repeating sessions. The workouts contain a mix of strength, conditioning, balance, and flexibility. These classes are a great supplement for your personal training and wellness coaching packages. There is a 10 person limit, so you can be sure that you will have my attention.

The series offers you workouts that focus on fat burning, weight loss, muscle gains, range of motion, and endurance. We combine calisthenics, TRX, dumbbells, barbells, and core throughout the stations. There’s also time dedicated to balance, agility, and cardio. Some days we do upper body, and other days we burn out your legs. One day is dedicated to spinning classes, so you can be sure to get your groove on to the high energy music as you sweat your calories out.

We have nationally certified personal trainers and doctors with a variety of specialties. Our bodywork experts offer acupuncture, Reiki, and massage. If you enjoy holistic therapy we can provide sessions for yoga, essential oils, and Ayurveda healing.

We offer programs for nutrition, and we also provide meal planning and preparation with our chef. Flex5 is the first personal training and wellness studio in Charlotte to partner with the creators of The Whole 30, and our chef makes meals that comply with the program.
